How to overcome PTSD with APOGEE Acu-Tone™ Carl Florin C.Nth

How to overcome PTSD
with APOGEE Acu-Tone™
Carl Florin C.Nth

Powerful experiences may remain long after the event, starting because we receive a shock when our state has already been compromised. We need a special process that can bring us to that state where the impression may emerge to be digested.

If we can see how the impression is formed it is not possible to at the same time be “identified with it”. Otherwise the impression becomes like a key that compels you to re-experience a past event. This is important  to realize with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder),  because if we could go back in time to actually see how this experience effected our whole being, only our observer would remain.  This observer is now literally above the process of perception, slowing it down to watch it as it moves into and effects the whole body. (One might say the observer is a much higher vibration. This beckons the question of how to identify with my observer ? and in turn beckons how do I raise my vibration to reach presence from where I am, what must I sacrifice or do? )  It is as if now one is sitting in the audience of one's life rather than being trapped on stage to play our script. In such a case the traumatic experience is restricted to the stage, no matter how terrible. From this vantage it is easily processed without any residual effects. That is why when we are in a compromised state at the time of perceiving, we lose our position in the audience. From that moment we are pulled down the rabbit hole and we appear to remain trapped on stage. Either in limbo or until a new audience summons the play again, our roles are set into motion and with it the same past experience rises to fill us again.

What is a compromised state? What does it mean to be vulnerable to impressions? The audience too forms a body, all its parts form an orchestra of observation. If the different parts of the body, the audience, are not of one mind anyone may become lost in the play, and may find oneself lost in it like a dream.  Engaged in this way, the play does not invigorate, but instead produces a spell that entrances the viewer. It haunts his life even after he leaves the play. He acts it out without realizing it.  So we learn then that when the body is not of one mind, when its parts are not brought into a harmonious discourse, our attention is passive and we are compromised. It is a subtle point no one thinks of, but the audience is active together. Participating and listening they exchange something invisible but alive with their fellow audience. How do we exchange with others in our life to keep our attention kindled and alive?

Analogously these traumatic experiences live on to remain as a program stored in the body that may be retriggered at any time.  However, by the same principle a way is indicated to show how it can be released. This particular state of observation that prevents negative storing also releases the repeating past. It is a special state of presence that requires a special condition –something that “re-circuits” the body.  For the body to be one, the “audience” must be in attentive communion.  By understanding how to engage this presence, we may free ourselves of this repeating scene. We are prepared for a future of totally new experiences without vulnerability to falling into yet another repeating scene. This freedom to live,  is free of the past.

APOGEE Acu-Tonerepresents such a method where we are free to observe ourselves with such a presence so as to put the past in its place.  This system is a highly specialized healing technology which engenders this special state of observation by entraining new circuits with sound. When the whole that emerges experiences itself, it expresses the present observational state. It is this condition that enables the release of past traumatic memories to be processed so we are free of their influence.

Facial Vibrancy ~ APOGEE Acu-Tone™ ~ The Sphenoid Bone

Without question one of the most significant, albeit overlooked functions of the human system is the vital role of the sphenoid bone in neurological and hormonal health issues. This butterfly-shaped bone, which makes up the floor of the skull, articulates with literally all of the bones of the skull, making it a central pivot point of the entire cranium.

It comprises the majority of the posterior wall of the optic compartment. Its anatomical structure is extremely complex and difficult to understand, forcing the famed physician Sir Oliver Wendell Holmes to utter at the opening of an anatomy lecture at Harvard Medical School, "Gentlemen, damn the sphenoid bone." If you have studied the anatomy of the sphenoid, you undoubtedly share this sentiment.

The sphenoid bone's two most notable structures are the cup-like "sella turcica" (Turkish saddle) at the floor of the skull, which houses and protects the pituitary gland (master gland of the endocrine system); and the sphenobasilar articulation of the occipital bone. The sphenobasilar joint is where the sphenoid articulates with the occipital bone and because of its amphiarthroidial (partially movable synchondrosis) nature, establishes what many consider to be one of the most significant articulations of the body. This is due to the milking effect this joint has upon cerebrospinal fluid, in addition to its overall effect on the pituitary gland and the general nervous system.

Because of the limited degree of flexibility within the sphenobasilar articulation, which it carries throughout life, this joint may and does become stagnated as a result of either major or minor head trauma to any surface of the skull, altered biomagnetic energetic effects of the Lower Shao Yang (Gallbladder) meridian, eye strain or muscle spasm along the occipital / cervico area to include any malocclusion of the teeth and TMJ involvement.

Stagnated qi or energetic disruption in addition to fixation subluxation of the sphenobasilar joint may produce a variety of conditions that may persist if the vital areas affecting the sphenoid bone are not addressed. Most notably are dysfunctions of the endocrine system including the thyroid, adrenal, parathyroid, ovaries, testicles and all glands of the body.

An Added Word from Rose Marie Raccioppi
I have found that applying specific calibrated tuning forks to the sphenoid bone, creating an entrainment, results in deep relaxation of the facial muscles. Post the APOGEE Acu-Tone™ process, a refreshed, relaxed and newly energized facial expression comes forth. A facial vibrancy is noted by the recipient along with a deeply felt vitality and sense of well being.

The Sphenoid

An irregular, wedge-shaped bone at the base of the skull (the Greek sphenoeides means "wedgelike"). The sphenoid bone is notable in that it makes contact with all of the other cranial bones. It spans the skull laterally, helps form the base of the cranium, the sides of the skull, and the floors and sides of the orbits (eye sockets).

The sphenoid bone is considered anatomically to have a central body, two greater wings, two lesser wings, and two pterygoid processes. The greater wings form part of the sides of the skull, and also extend inward to form part of the back surface of each eye socket. The two lesser wings form a small part of the back surfaces of the orbital cavities, and meet in the middle of the skull. Along the middle, a portion of the sphenoid bone rises up and forms a saddle-shaped mass called the sella turcica (Turk's saddle). The depression of this saddle is occupied by the pituitary gland. The sphenoid bone also contains the two sphenoidal sinuses, which lie side by side and are separated by a bony septum that projects downward into the nasal cavity, and channels for the optic nerve and other nerves.

APOGEE Acu-Tone ~ Facial Vibrancy

The look of vitality is indeed compelling. A face that reflects balance, relaxation, energy, radiance, and engagement, evokes interest and attention. To feel facial tension dissolve, tone improve, eyes brighten, along with a feeling of well being and renewal is what has been consistently reported to occur as a result of an APOGEE Acu-Tone™ experience. Calibrated tuning forks are applied to facial and cranium bones. The vibrations are received and communicated to the cells. An entrainment, sound transformation in an orchestrated crescendo, brings about the desired changes and the resulting renewal.

Spontaneous responses, when looking in a mirror post the APOGEE Acu-Tone™ session, include such statements as: "My face feels so alive and relaxed."  "I actually look younger."  " My eyes look so awake and clear." "How can I keep this look?" "Such a great feeling."

And all in Accord...
Sphenoid Bone
Without question one of the most significant but overlooked functions of the human system is the vital role of the sphenoid bone in neurological and hormonal health issues. This butterfly-shaped bone, which makes up the floor of the skull, articulates with literally all of the bones of the skull.
That makes it a central pivot point of the entire cranium. It comprises the majority of the posterior wall of the optic compartment.
The sphenoid bone's two most notable structures are the cuplike "sella turcica" (Turkish saddle) at the floor of the skull.
These two house and protect the pituitary gland (master gland of the endocrine system) and the sphenobasilar articulation of the occipital bone.
The sphenobasilar joint is where the sphenoid articulates with the occipital bone and because of its amphiarthroidial (partially movable synchondrosis) nature, establishes what many consider to be one of the most significant articulations of the body.
This is due to the milking effect this joint has upon cerebrospinal fluid, in addition to its overall effect on the pituitary gland as well as the general nervous system.
Because of the limited degree of flexibility within the sphenobasilar articulation which it carries throughout life, this joint may and does become stagnated as a result of either major or minor head trauma to any surface of the skull, altered bio-magnetic energetic effects of the Lower Shao Yang(Gallbladder) meridian, eye strain or muscle spasm along the occipital/cervico area to include any mal occlusion of the teeth and TMJ involvement.
Stagnated qi or energetic disruption, in addition to fixation subluxation of the sphenobasilar joint, may produce a variety of conditions which may never be resolved if the vital areas affecting the sphenoid bone are not addressed.
Most notably are any and all dysfunctions of the endocrine system to include thyroid, adrenal, parathyroid, ovaries, testicles and all glands of the body.
Master Gland
The pituitary gland, being the master gland of the body, directly affects all of the endocrine system.
Any involvement of the sense of taste, smell, speech or hearing, tremors, tics, choreic movements, tinnitus, deafness, mental depression, migraine, any type of headache especially those emanating from the occiput, frontal or around the eyes.
Others included are insomnia, temperature regulation disturbance, eye ptosis, any vision, nasal involvement, memory disturbance, unable to concentrate (focus), brain function and hyper activity behavior.
In actuality, all functions of the body may be directly or indirectly affected through the neurological relationship of the sphenoid bone and its role with the occiput.
Children are especially prone to injury of the occiput and sphenoid because of falls and bumps. So too are adults involved in sports and accidents.
Any bump to the cranium, especially the frontal, temporal and occiput may be responsible for a variety of non-responsive health conditions.
Key Acupoints
There are three specific acupoints which have the most impact on the sphenoid and its relationship to neurological functioning: Tai YangYin Tang and GV16.
Tai Yang is the famed acupoint point located just behind the zygomatic arch lateral to the eye socket and half way between the end of the eyebrow and the outer canthus of the eye.
The point specifically lies over the great wing of the sphenoid at the side of the head bordered by the frontal, parietal, zygoma and temporal bones and has major neurological connections throughout the body.
This point in my opinion, is one of the most powerful points on the body and one in which the general practitioner may wish to re-evaluate the importance of this point as it can be used for virtually all conditions previously mentioned and perhaps many which were not.
Yin Tang, another famed acupoint, is located at the glabella directly between the eyebrows.
The glabella is located where the frontal bone and maxilla articulate which both have major connections with the sphenoid.
This point has been used for a variety of conditions in acupuncture however when it is combined with Tai Yang it produces amazing clinical response regarding sphenoid produced health conditions.
GV16 (DU 16) is located just under the occiput just below the inion or the "bump" on the occiput. This point is noted for its neurological effects.
Because of posterior inferior malposition of the occiput, a key approach in treating this point is to use in addition to general needle, electronic or laser stimulation, percussive therapy either by hand or preferably with a percussive instrument, in a superior direction or by direct digital pressure with firm tapping.
This procedure produces absolutely fantastic clinical response.
If you are not exactly sure of the approach, simply begin utilizing Tai Yang, Yin Tang, and GV16 with a non-invasive teishein for 25 strokes in short bursts of five on your very difficult and non-responsive patients and watch what happens.
These points are to be used bilaterally on Tai Yangas both Yin Tang and GV 16 are midline points.
Add GV 14, KI 27 and the occiput, frontal vertex and brain stem points of the ear.
