The APOGEE Paradigm ~ Know Thyself ~ Nosce Te Ipsum

Know Thyself" presents itself as timeless. An ancient writing called the, Upanishads, presents a dialogue that consistently advises the importance of self knowledge. One is to fully appreciate and understand the workings of the body, mind and spirit, specific to one’s emotions, goals, visions and preferences. To separate out what impressions of self is true to the very nature of self, from impressions of self given by others, allows one to come closer to the truth of self. Know Thyself," "Nosce Te Ipsum," was written on the forecourt of the temple of Apollo at Delphi. It is a directive that has guided both Eastern and Western cultures.
From the Greek Temple of Apollo to modern time, to the APOGEE Paradigm™, Nosce Te Ipsum are three little words that impart huge meaning, spiritual depth and personal truth in our lives more than ever before. A proverb passed through time as a reminder of each individual's own divine self. To “Know Thyself” one must look deep within oneself; to find true inner peace as well as purpose; to see thyself as thy truly are, with a non-judgemental eye. A reminder of one's potential for true enlightenment and inspiration for life's journey.

The call to, “Know Thyself.”

As a professional master educator since 1960, in private practice since 1983, as an Educational Consultant/Therapist, I have served scores and scores of students from pre-school, grade school, high school, college, graduate school, medical school, law school, professional training and certification programs. Key to understanding responses, be they reflective or reactive, the ability to sustain focus, acknowledge perceptions, address needs, hold to purpose, identify cause and effect, maintain wellness, remain the call to, “Know Thyself.”

Be it relationship issues, conflict at work, personal development, mastery goals, marital conflicts, the resolve ultimately rests in the willingness to deeply, “Know Thyself.” To see, feel, and come to know what drives, encourages, blocks, supports, enrages, inspires, creates, who you are year to year, day to day, moment to moment.

... and it all so very SIMPLE...

Define PURPOSE... walk the walk...talk the talk...

What fuels your Passion, wherein does your Unity lie, what Revelations guide you, what Potential are you willing to develop, what draws you to the power of One, are you listening to the call of Spirit, what exchange do you envision... herein PURPOSE be known...
