Currently I am guided to the periodic table of elements...each element representing particular vibrational tones and qualities. Present research is focused on ascertaining the 'sound' of each of the elements. All motion, all movement, all change, is of vibration. Bringing 'harmonies' to the parasympathetic nervous system brings about changes in the chemistry of cell communication which is at the heart of wellness and wellbeing.
