Why this putting forth of 'CYMATICS' ?? a question posed... and so in response...
I, in the gift of life given onto me, was marked to understand cause, effect, change. "Cymatic" became an identity. It became the science, the art, the quest to understand and be guided by that which brings harmony, truth, beauty, and well BEING. In ways known, and yet to be known, we are ever responsive, consciously or not, to sound, light, motion, intention. Live I, an interplay, a morphogenesis, a constant in its ultimate expressive realms and quest of TRUTH and BEAUTY.
Cymatics is, and has been, since 7 years of age, the driving source behind the educational programs I developed to address dyslexia, to the evaluative programs relating to stress and perceived stress, to breathing practices that lower high blood pressure, to the practices that bring forth clearer vision, to practices that address PTSD, to practices that enhance creativity, to a way of living, knowing, doing, imagining, that liberates the Self to full potential.
Know that your "CYMATIC" explorations, and what you bring forth, bear both a relevance and a resonance to the emergent vibrational/sound medicine. A practice that has served hundreds of children, teens, adults and seniors since its formal launching as APOGEE Learning Enhancement Training Systems™, and APOGEE Acu-Tone™, in 1983.
There is a purity, a truth, in the calling awareness of what 'cymatics' is in its knowing, in its exploration, it its fascination.

"Cymatics (from Ancient Greek: κῦμα, romanized: kyma, lit. 'wave') is a subset of modal vibrational phenomena. The term was coined by Hans Jenny (1904-1972), a Swiss follower of the philosophical school known as anthroposophy. Typically the surface of a plate, diaphragm, or membrane is vibrated, and regions of maximum and minimum displacement are made visible in a thin coating of particles, paste, or liquid.[1] Different patterns emerge in the excitatory medium depending on the geometry of the plate and the driving frequency."
