This Kaleidoscopic Happening has brought forth a blissful meditative breath, a Presence of BEING. Upon focusing on its center it appears to be breathing back in unison.
Here a Meditative Offering... Focus on the center of the image, and breathe nine deep diaphragmatic breaths... both inhalation and exhalation through the nose. Close the eyes. Count three breaths with eyes closed, Open Eyes, focus again on the center, breathe 9 more deep breaths. With eyes still closed turn your head to the left, to center, to the right, back to center, open eyes. ENJOY your gift to Self.
With the light of the SUN , the ambient sounding of heart, of breath, and the turn of the grasping hand on the chambers of the kaleidoscope, the beauty of light, sacred geometry, and intention in fulfillment.
