Rose Marie Raccioppi was 'discovered' and invited to present her findings and her work at the 1990 International Congress of the Himalayan Institute of Yoga Science. Her pioneering work in sound technology, with the use of calibrated tuning forks, received the attention of the Edgar Casey Foundation/ A.R.E., Association for Research and Enlightenment. She was requested to be a major presenter at a series of workshops offered by the Heartland Region in 1996. The effectiveness of her work was recognized, and so for a year following she administered APOGEE Acu-Tone™ sessions at the A.R.E. of New York Edgar Cayce Center.
