Rainbow of the SUN ~ The Wondrous Beheld.

My son called me to the door to witness the sky. There appeared a configuration we have never seen before. Around the brilliant sun was a darkened halo encircled by a full rainbow, and in flight, a hawk in the midst of it all. 

The manifest phenomena encountered  with delight

Yes, the mystical, the wondrous within the light 

The unexplained gifted this day in the sky above

Beheld be the beauty, the divinity of supernal love. 

 

This Happening is followed by a brilliantly clear lambent sky 

The green of trees deep, lush, ebullient, glistening in the light

The air gently warm, an embracing ambience prevails

As the hours come to pass there be a twilight of stillness 

The sun setting with soft hues of ashen light onto a white sky 

And I, in the embrace of a supernal quietude

A progression as the hours of the day come to pass

As the sun comes to its setting 

The sky newly ablaze in tones of magenta

The wondrous beheld. The wondrous beheld.

This at the sun setting time of day. The feeling is gratitude, the mood is celebration, the light is frivolity, the happening is kaleidoscopic. Turn, by turn, by turn,  within the chambers of the kaleidoscope, bits, pieces, fragments, shards,  a morphogenesis,  and so emergent be the expressive sacred geometry, the interplay of color, form, structure, a configuration of light, behold this supernal delight of BEING.
