EYE BREATH ~ APOGEE Acu-Tone™


Eye Breath 

1. You are to allow yourself to bring your breath through the eyes, STRAIGHT back to the occipital lobe. (horizontal red arrow within skull to back of head) 


2. From this position the breath is brought traveling within the skull, to the top center of the skull  (pineal gland) this upon inhalation. (red arrow curving up to center)

3. Upon reaching the center of the skull, (red arrow curving up) then fully exhale down within skull, (green arrow in downward curve), though the inner nasal passages,  out of both nostrils. 

4. This initially with eyes closed.for 3 such breaths upon awakening.  Followed by eyes open throughout the day for 6 such breaths.  Minimum 6 such breaths 3 times a day.
