AWAKENED ... a breath new, a discernment . a destined divinity...

AWAKENED

awakened to the brilliant light of the SUN

to the sweet sound of the song bird song

to the embracing warmth of the morning air

to the gentle wind that dances the leaves

to the pulsing silence that is breath and BEING.

awakened to this day, this moment of time

to the gift of grace and the blessed divine

to all that life beckons to be known

we the perceiver of what is given, what is shown

alchemy ever calling to the quest within

be we one with soul, beyond all false sin

awakened to the reach of hand, heart, a knowing wise

to the TRUTH to banish betrayal, deception and lies

to the past, to the present and what is yet to come

to the resolve, to the light, to a known PEACE as ONE.

"Discernment, a destined divinity... "THE SPELL OF LINKING.

“Let the Divine Intelligence be eternally linked—

Through thought, vibration, memory, and symbol—

So that the Voice of the Infinite may move in silence

And speak through Light.

Let all things remembered now awaken.

Above and below. So it is.”

This a DISCERNMENT... a destined divinity...

HINGED ~ Interconnected ~ Interrelated ~ inter supported ...

Our body may develop what are termed, "Fault Lines," that become the very source of, "Repetitive Trauma." This the daunting echo of trauma, be it of body, of consciousness, of particular experiences that are yet in the 'memory chambers' of our BEING.

Our body has an intelligence, a communication system, and a need for release that allows the natural intelligence of every organ, every cell, to be energized, and in commune for the ultimate in viable function and wellbeing.

The life systems within our body have a responsiveness to thought, trauma, insult, experiences that shock, injure, compromise, overwhelm. The body's ability to maintain homeostasis, an equilibrium between interdependent organ systems is reliant on one function that is life itself, and that is BREATH... Obstruction of breath ultimately is obstruction to what sustains life.

Mindfulness, focus, coupled with intent, have brought unprecedented pain relief, stress abatement, a new sense of wellness and wellbeing to scores and scores of teens, adults and seniors through the practice of APOGEE Acu-Tone™ Governing Vessel Breathing. POWERFUL and PROFOUND.

Optoacoustic Tuning Forks and light field cymatic`s ~ Entrainment ~ APOGEE Acu-Tone™

Tuning Forks, as too, the Breath, pause...  listen to the range of depth and cadence within each striking of sound.

This is engaging, relaxing, and a welcomed interlude. Allow yourself to experience cymatics, the response of water to specific frequencies aligned with our very BEING. We are constituted of water, we are responsive to vibration, we are morphogenic. View full screen, no interruptions, uni-focused on what is before you. Repeat with eyes closed, feel the breath of the sounding tuning forks... Immerse yourself in the experience ~ ENJOY.

In gratitude to @Luke SoundWalker ~ This in presentation is indeed deeply relaxing, and energizing at the same time. It brings a sense of calm readiness, just as a deep breath brings renewed circulation and energy. The 'breath' of the vibrating tuning forks, creates an engaging and calming "visual " in response. The sounding of the vibrating tuning forks, and the visuals bring forth a rhythmic pulse that is welcomed and most comforting. YES, WELL DONE.

APOGEE Acu-Tone™~ An in person application of acoustic sound frequencies created in the moment ...

Behold the use of in the moment created vibration via calibrated tuning forks applied to the body, the consciousness of BEING. An entrainment is brought forth that delivers healing, pulsing, vibrations to each nerve plexus, to bone, to organs, to meridian pathways, to acupuncture points, to reflexology points... to the whole of Self.

Thank YOU @Luke Sound Walker for this supernal interface. I so appreciate your explorations that complement my life's work as a Vibrational/Sound Therapist. Yes, these vibrations here put forth are known as Restorative Frequencies.

Certainly I look forward to your continued explorations. Indeed BRAVO!!

INTERFACE ... inhalation... exhalation...

It was the very feeling of the breath, in its path of inhalation and exhalation that prompted this depiction. It has been used as a meditative image to slow the breath to a rate that engages the parasympathetic nervous system, bringing about a deep relaxation and lowered blood pressure.

Inhalation to the count of 3, exhalation to the count of 8. The apex point of light at the pineal gland upon inhalation from the base of the spine, to the mid point of the crown, exhaling down slowly out of two nostrils to the count of 8 to completion.

The Count of 3 ... a readiness... a triune, a special grace... upon inhalation ~ The count of 8 ... an ordering, as above, so below, a resolve... upon exhalation ... the receiving, the giving, onto SELF ...blessed be this BREATH of BEING.

Start the practice, with eyes closed, breathing the *Governing Vessel Breath three times. Open the eyes, focus on the image, INTERFACE. Bring your attention to a mid point three inches below your navel, travel to the count of 3 straight through the abdomen to the base of your spine, up to the mid point of the crown of the head, this the inhalation.   Visually go from the outer edge of the image path (from left to right as it faces you) ) to the apex point on the image, where the light is most prominent, all this on the inhalation. Now upon exhalation, allowing a slow descent from the apex to the end of the dip in the image INTERFACE to the count of 8. Do this for nine inhalations/exhalations. This is followed by closing the eyes, breathing to the count of 3 upon inhalation, and to the count of 8 upon exhalation, for three such breaths. Open your eyes, acknowledging with gratitude the gift of BREATH and BEING.

Ever the ARTS in engagement...

Interface ~ BREATH and BEING

What with certainty can one with heart and mind proclaim

Be it that the breath present bears life its claim

The heart in its pulsing passion sounds its plea

This breath of life, the gift of time on to thee

Savor the ebb and flow of life and spirit within

Hear the rhythmic call beyond the oppressive din

Heed well the pulsing glory sacred and divine

Hold in reverent celebration life's gift, the BREATH and BRING of time.

YOU ARE THE BREATHER. Hold to its MASTERY... REAP its Marvel.

YES ~ YOU ARE THE BREATHER.

Hold to its MASTERY... REAP its Marvel.

Articles, promotions, advertisements, product development, electronic devices, hand held gadgets, wearable measuring devices, each in some way connected to 'energy' and 'frequencies.' This is all most interesting to note, when one has been a sound/frequency investigator/explorer, since 7 years of age. Yes, I remained 'under the radar' for several decades, to avoid censorship from those who were yet to understand the effects of sound/frequency/vibration within all aspects of growth, development, and BEING. YES, beyond the 'measure' is the mastery that allows one to fully understand one's energetic/vibrational responses and the call for restoration, for revitalization. Each meridian, each nerve pathway, each organ, each body structure, each cell, is responsive to BREATH and BREATHING. BREATH is LIFE in its expressive BEING.

Yes, YOU direct your inhalation, the receiving, the exhalation, the giving. The Mastery of a particular breath practice has shown itself to be effective, balancing, and healing. This in testimonials, this in documented experiences. It has been taught, it has been learned, it has created noted change supportive of pain relief, stress abatement, balance, renewed energy, renewed feeling of wellbeing... YOU ARE THE DIFFERENCE MAKER ~ YOU ARE THE BREATHER. Hold to its MASTERY... REAP its Marvel.

A Mastery that will serve you a 'life-time.'

No need of batteries, electrical connections.

You are the renewal SOURCE...

Your call Welcomed. Your questions answered.
