APOGEE, a metaphoric descriptive adapted in the 70's for my perceived mission... to aspire, to plan, to work, to reach the furthest Light of BEING... a quest in fulfillment. Since 1983, APOGEE Learning Enhancement Training Systems™ ~ Holism expressive of the academics and the arts, has served hundreds of learners across the age span, from grade school to graduate school and beyond.

As a very young girl I was fascinated by the MOON, always following me as I was driven from upstate New York back to New York City. Having been born on Monday, MOON Day, I felt a special bond with the MOON. Yes, I sang, 'Blue Moon' ... as if it were meant to be my song.

Vibration, frequency, balance, behavior  and well being.

Vibration is the frequency that our energy body resonates at. 

When we operate at a denser/low vibration and when our energies are not in balance:

We feel, and emulate anger, hatred, rage, jealousy, fear, resentment, projection, on a myriad of levels of intensity. Being at a denser/low vibration constricts your flow of energy, and brings about defensive/offensive behaviors.

On a physical level, when we are operating at a denser vibration, we are more readily to feel tired and have bouts of exhaustion, even if we are otherwise seemingly taking care of our bodies. Constricting emotions brings about shallow breathing, this drastically reduces easy flow of oxygen and blood to the body, resulting in achy, and/or tight, muscles. When blood flow is constricted, nourishment to our cells, organs, and systems becomes significantly compromised.

When we are at a denser vibration, we attract others who resonate at that same level of vibration. Like attracting like.

When we operate at our higher vibrations, when are energies are balanced: 

We feel, and emulate love, joy, faith, peace, and a sense of loving command and confidence. Cells are in open communication, responsive and supportive of balance and wellbeing.

Location: Lower part of the brain stem
Function: Carries out and regulates life sustaining functions such as breathing, swallowing and heart rate.

The medulla is easily the most important part of the brain. Its functions are involuntary. We would not be able to live without the medulla because of the myriad of crucial tasks it performs including regulating blood pressure and breathing. As a part of the brain stem, it also helps transfer neural messages from the brain to the spinal cord.

Each time an APOGEE Acu-Tone™ evaluation takes place there is an opportunity to expand and refine one's self awareness. The experience of the 'body' in response to specific line configurations, provides one with the direct experience of the mind-body connection. 

As the evaluator,  it is deeply satisfying to see a new sense of power and confidence emerge from the 'student' as the evaluation takes place. It is the 'body' that reveals the need directly. The feedback from the 'body,' via the use of APOGEE Cognitive Kinesiology™, allows the student (the term student is used for we are ever in the process of learning and development) to become keenly aware of the effect of his/her own experience. With specific tuning fork placement on cranium points, acupuncture points and meridian pathways,  the body receives the vibratory frequencies indicated by the evaluation process.
