March 28, 2022, marked by my 84th Year... today, three days following, I am blessed to continue to walk the walk, talk the talk, of what has served the wellbeing of hundreds and hundreds I have served as an Educator, Educational Consultant/Therapist, Advocate, Pioneering Sound/Vibrational Therapist, Poet Laureate, Orangetown, New York, and designated as a 'Women of Distinction, 2021, by the New York State Assembly of New York. Yes, the counsel of the years, brought to you with gratitude, love, and blessings.

YES, we are to know, to respect, the intelligence of creation, to appreciate every cell, every bone, every organ, every structure within our body signals and becomes part of our consciousness, part of our experience, that calls for acknowledgement, understanding, confront and resolve. TRUTH ever calling onto itself for the ultimate GOOD of SELF.

Your perception of times past, bringing what 'was' to be interjected into what 'is' ~ and so claimed to be responsible for our own 'reality.' This the basis of understanding the haunts of PTS. This the explanation for night terrors, sleepless nights, heightened cortisol levels, anxiety, stress indicators, tensions, that come to dominate the way in which one responds to one's everyday challenges and demands during these troubled times.

Yes, we are indeed in need of knowing how to negotiate with SELF. To KNOW THYELF, is to be in command of a skill set that allows one to be the maker of a personal 'reality' that brings to us the balance, the discernment, the motivation, the power, to consider, to face, to reflect, to resolve, to release, to revive, to restore, our coping abilities.

P A I N ~ calling to Passion ~ Aspiration ~ Intention ~ Need...

What I consistently see within P A I N are the hurts and the denials of effect from a myriad of causes. One may feel that one has won over oppression. It is the perception of 'battle' that holds us hostage to P A I N.

P A I N is to be understood for its message, for its signal for action, for its protective intention and cell communication to every organ, to every system, to the totality of our wellbeing. 

A willingness to explore the depths of the 'battle' of self within self often calls for a heroic faith in the ultimate good of confront and resolve. Confront, merely a heart present willingness to embrace all that is revealed. 

P A I N is to be known by the Passion calling for expression, by the Aspiration that yearns for realization, by the Intention that holds true to purpose, by the Need to live in wellbeing. We are to heed the messenger... we are to be respectful of cause and effect.

The depths of consciousness signal the cells of every system, every organ, every function. P A I N is the body calling for the release of the subconscious constraints... the body is calling for the source of pain to be known, for it be released. This is what the APOGEE Paradigm™ holds reverent.. The TRUTH of SELF in full disclosure to SELF.

Confront and Resolve… the process of liberation… panic no more...

Knowledge and deep understanding can indeed emerge from one’s own experiences. An experience becomes known to us in a myriad of ways: sound, smell, temperature, position, stance, touch, time, season, each, in its own special way,  defines the impact, the impressions of the experience. 

As a vibrational/sound therapist, allowing the feeling of panic, anxiety, fear, discomfort, to be brought to full awareness brings one to the interface of confront and resolve. 

Intensified feelings, impressions, bodily changes, energetic responses, are all openly explored. From this exploration one is able to ascertain what energy centers are brought into play. What memories, what traumas, what abuses, may be called forth in response to a present set of circumstances are brought to awareness, to a level of consciousness that allows confront and resolve.

Pure acoustic, in the moment, Restorative/Balancing frequencies are applied to the related acupuncture points, cranium points, and meridian pathways. The body becomes calm. From this calming state, strategies are defined to offset future panic responses. Specific breath patterns are ascertained. One becomes aware of the play of body, mind, consciousness, and the myriad of associations that trigger panic/stress responses. 

Confront and Resolve has proven to be a liberation process. One moves from being a victim of past traumas, past experiences, past impressions, to an observer, with a set of strategies that transform stress and panic to awareness and wellbeing.
